Refunds, Returns, and Disputes Policy

a. Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, unless the product falls under non-returnable categories (e.g., hazardous goods, gift cards, digital downloads).
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
Free returns are offered on select items that are marked as “Eligible for Free Return” on the product page.
Customers must initiate a return through their DSB Market account or via customer support chat/email.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
If the product is not returned in the required condition, a partial refund or restocking fee may apply.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
If an order was paid via wallet credit or coupon, the refund will be issued in the same format.

The vendor’s specific return policy may apply, but it must comply with DSB Market’s minimum standards (30-day return, original condition).
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by the seller via the platform.
Return shipping responsibility will be specified in the vendor’s policy (seller vs. customer).

If a customer and vendor cannot agree on a return/refund, DSB Market may step in as mediator.
The platform’s decision will be considered final to ensure fairness for both parties.
Fraudulent return requests (e.g., claiming refund without returning the item) will result in account suspension.
